WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you too! I did not have green out to wear, but remembered and changed shirts.
Hope your Grandson was ok yesterday after his doctor's appointment. I feel better today, but these steroids are hyping me up and I can't sleep and talking way too much!!

I didn't have green on either and my DGD made me change my clothes. All hyped up....LOL. My DH wouldn't know what to do if I talked any more. Hopefully you will be off of it soon and can get some sleep.
The baby just has a head cold. DD is suppose to take him to the ER if he gets a fever.

Finally back on track since Friday. Need to quit isolating myself and be accountable. I see how great Roz, Linda and Price are doing and I need to do the same! Trying my fitness pal again but can't seem to stick to it

You can do this Maria. I was gone for almost the entire month of January and boy what a difference it makes when I get on here and post what I put in my mouth!!
I used to use MyFitnessPal but am having a hard time getting started back too. I cook on the weekend and pretty much eat the same thing everyday during the week. I started back on my protein drinks and that has helped also. Also started back on my walking/jogging. It seems to all work together!!
Good luck. Hoping to see less of both of us by the end of the summer-LOL!!
