I bet it is the most sugar you have had at one time. not truly dumping but a sugar/carb reaction.

I have heard Sleevers can dump or have "dumping" type of symptoms. I'm not sure what causes it, but what happened to you was real. Try to think back to what you ate, did you eat too fast, did you not chew well enough, etc to try and figure out what caused it.

Like Linda, I've never thrown up since my surgery. Lord knows I've tried and wanted too, but can't.

Be kind to your tummy today as it is grouchy.

I think you're right, it probably was what I ate, how fast I ate it and not chewed well enough! :( How frustrating to be in so much pain from something I did to myself (and to scare the people around me). I won't make that mistake again!

Dumping is a great behavior modifier.

I have also heard that we don't dump, but I am here to tell you it can happen! I had about 1/2 cup of ice cream and before I could fini**** I was hot and sweaty. Felt like instant flu! I went to the bathroom with diarrhea. Laid down for 2 minutes, then I was in the bathroom vomiting. Laid down again and 2 minutes later I was in the bathroom with diarrhea again! Then I laid down and I was miserable for several hours after. I'm glad you're feeling better!
