VSG "Dumping Sydrome"
Hello Everyone! I think I had an experience of "dumping syndrome" yesterday! I know some people don't believe that VSG's can have it but I'm pretty sure I did. It was a horrible experience I thought my stomach was being torn in two! I was sweaty, my heart was beating rapidly I actually was having difficulty breathing for a while and thought I might need to go to the hospital, I had bloating, then vomiting and diarrhea (sorry if that's TMI) but the worst part was the pain! I actually thought I might die! My DH and DM were so worried about me they thought I might too. Whew! I'm feeling better now - not 100% but so much better.

I am glad you are feeling better.
Dumping is due to the missing pyloric valve after RNY. So it was something else.
I hate to puke ! If it were me I would try to narrow it down so it doesn't happen again. Was what you ate higher in carbs or fat? Or something you never tries before? Any of these can cause problems

anyone can dump even non-op can dump. It can happen when the pyloric valve opens too early..and dumps whatever is in the stomach into small intestine..
