Some of these spelling bees on TV amaze me.  I'm not the best speller but spell check drives me crazy trying to fix things for me.

Sounds Good Linda!

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

Lol on the spelling bees!

B- coffee latte protein w/almond milk (24 G)

S-20 Almonds (6 G P

L- 5 large shrimp (2 oz) Protein ?? maybe 20

S-mint cookie shake 24 G P

D- ??

So I posted on the RNY pg about the remark about limit of 30 grams of protein at a time and asked the question if anyone had heard of it.  much larger pool of folks there...anyways got several lectures about calories etc.  So I didn't double them today...but I'm really bummed, I don't see how folks can get their protein counts up w/out it.  Look at my numbers today I'm topping out at 70g and I really wanted to be higher...  But I've also been stalling for a week at the same weight (and I know its normal) but maybe its because my calorie counts were too high.

I'm probably over thinking it...

My lemon tea protein is 1/2 scoop protein, 1 crystal light generic tube, 20 oz water.  It really helps keep my protein up and my fluid up.  If you need the protein, you could do a whole scoop.  It isn't heavy like a shake and I have one every morning and every afternoon.  I also do it with caribean cooler.  Very refreshing without being heavy like a shake.
