Very good article on D. I took 5000 a day to get mine up and it took months. I still take 2000 a day to stay in the positive range.
I swear my energy came back along with the Vit D level coming up.

Yeah, they are talking labs over 100. It would take a ton to get DS or RNY over 100. You couldn't do it by accident. The best part is that they are no longer saying 30 is ok like they used to.

Actually they are recommending the same lab levels we do, 70 - 100. We were spot on and knew it all along.
