Just saying I'm still with the living. Had my R&Y done on Tuesday. Came home Wed. I am working on getting up and moving to get drinks an potty. Prefer the bed vs the recliner. Just sore and sleepy.

Things will get better every day! I had the vsg but I imagine maybe that part is similar.. Resting is good so get as much as possible and like everyone already said sip sip sip
