I'm sooooo glad you are getting back on track with your protein! I know you love your salads but I tried them for a few weeks and my scales just kept moving up. I had to totally give up the carbquik because it made me crave sweets and I was really struggling.

A girl at work gave me a chili recipe that she made at work that didn't make me cramp. I can't wait to make some. I'm going to make it as bland as I can.
