Hi Roz,

Glad your life is slowing down.  I think I'm finally back among the living.  I worked from home a couple of hours yesterday morning and am back at work this morning.  I have eaten all kinds of junk while I have been sick for the last 2 weeks, but was good yesterday so wanted to post it.  

I am back on my protein drinks and hoping to get back on track.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Low Carb Meatballs, pizza sauce, cheese
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Low Carb Tortilla Pizza - Turkey Pepperoni

Vitamins:  Done - along with all my other medicines!
Water/Fluids:  80 ozs
Miles:  None

I'm so sorry to hear you were sick.  I haven't been on much with all of the commotion going on in my life.
