Hi Roz,
Glad your life is slowing down. I think I'm finally back among the living. I worked from home a couple of hours yesterday morning and am back at work this morning. I have eaten all kinds of junk while I have been sick for the last 2 weeks, but was good yesterday so wanted to post it.
I am back on my protein drinks and hoping to get back on track.
