Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Hi LW's!!!!  I am normally an every day first thing in the morning weigher but today was the first day in over a week that I got on the scale. I was hoping to see my usual of 119 but I was pleased to see 120 which is the top of my "perfect" weight range.  I was relieved it wasn't higher because I know I have been stress eating.

My life has finally slowed down!!  This is my first day back to work and I don't think I've ever been happier to be at work instead of being home dealing some kind of unexpected problem.  The new Grandson is doing wonderful and my Mom seems to be content at the nursing home.  Apparently she has sundown syndrome so they have been having a problem with that but during the day she has even been helping clean up the dishes and folding towels.  Yesterday I had to take bedding up for her and I watched her from a distance and she looked happy.

Maintenance:   6+ years out and started the new year right on target!!!

Breakfast:    Banana

Lunch:     2 Chicken Thighs

Snack:     80 Calorie Lite n fit Cherry Greek Yogurt

Dinner:    Not sure..maybe fish

Snack:   Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!!  (only buy Gluten Free)

Snack:      3 TB. of Popcorn

I always double my Morning one because I know it's going to get drunk right away.  During the day I get busy and sometimes they sit to long and taste kind of bad and I don't want to waste the Protein.

I've also heard our bodies don't absorb more that 35g at a time???  Not sure if that's true or not.

I love babybells!!

Sounds Good!

She has had one bad night as far as I know. She was kicking and hitting.  They said it took 3 people to hold her down. It makes me sick to know she had to experience that.

Looks like an Awesome Protein day!!!
