WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Maintenance: 6+ years out and started the new year right on target!!!
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: 2 Chicken Thighs
Snack: 80 Calorie Lite n fit Cherry Greek Yogurt
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Not Sure
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (only buy Gluten Free)
Snack: 3 TB. of Popcorn

Hi Roz! I'm back! Went to Houston for my son's fiancee's bridal shower. It was very nice and I met some great people.
Eating wasn't horrible... but not the best either while gone. Definitely "not good food choices" available in the airports...
Today:
B - coffee
L - leftover jalapeno chicken casserole (very good!)
S - may sneak a protein drink in if I feel hungry
D - not sure probably going out
Vits: yep
Water: doing ok

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

What day is the wedding? I am assuming it's in Houston. Is your DD and family going?
Did you have any trouble with the weather? Some of our cheer parents got stuck in Houston and had to drive to Dallas for the competition. DD#1 and 4 other Coaches got $1300 a piece in vouchers to give up their seats and then they ended up canceling their flight anyhow so they really made out.
I would definitely sneak a Protein drink in there.....

the wedding is May 9th - we are going out May 7th and returning the 10th. I JUST made the flight reservations! Yea! Nonstop from Detroit to Houston and return. Only way to do it with 2 toddlers and a baby. My Mom is going, myself and Nicole, John and the girls. Wynn and Vivi are IN the wedding as flowergirls - they'll just be SOOO cute!
It rained on Sunday all day and Monday when I returned but it didn't hold the flights up.
No protein drink but I did have just some beef tips with a cheese sauce. Very good!

My tastebuds have been so off since my sinus surgery. I'm still not tasting anything that really hits the spot. No shakes for the last 3 days so this morning I had a Click shake. Good but not great. I saw the surgeon yesterday and it's common to lose your tastes. The visit was absolute torture. He suctioned my sinus. Thought my face was going to explode. Things have to get better.
This afternoon I can't stop thinking about something eat. I'm not hungry but I'm craving sweets. I probably need to do a day or two of protein shakes to rid my body of the stuff I've eaten over the last week.
