I think one of the reasons its so hard to stay off the scale right now is because I'm losing so much, its about 1 lb a day (sometimes 1 lb in two days) due to the recent WLS. I know in the very soon future it'll be slowing down, but I'm like an addict...
I think it will be slightly easier once it slows down, because I can tell you I certainly never weighed myself this much at any other point in my life. Although I can say this behavior is addicting...
Yeah, I totally get that...but it's hard to get on and see it not move after doing a daily drop for a week or more.
The ones who get all crazy and let it ruin their day is the type we tell to stay OFF the scale.
