Didn't weigh today but saw 123 a couple of times this past week, so stable from last week to this week.
Hang in there, Liz. If you can cut back just a little and increase water intake it might help. If you're like me right now the hard part is consistency.

Glad you are stable.
I actually need to probably add more protein to what I am eating along with more fluid. I have days still when NOTHING sounds good and the typical "easy things" like nuts and jerky are not doable...they still hurt my teeth from my jaw surgeries. Boiled peanuts work but I can't keep them handy ALL the time...I usually get those when I go down for my milk (raw milk) but that is once a week.

Maybe find someone who will split a cow share? I also noticed some places offer half shares versus a whole share.

It seems when I am in a relationship my weight stabilizes around 113-115. Well, I ended a relationship last month (although it was bad for a while). I lost my job the beginning of February and my mom died the following day. WHAT a horrible month. I am now stabilizing around 17.5 and am very thankful for that. I am grateful for my DS.
Have been back on track this week.
I am sorry you lost your mom...lost mine in 2002 so I know the feeling.
You will get back on track.

Good for you...one of the hardest things we do is learning NOT to let a mechanical object define our worth as a person.
