Excited today I made a double coffee so I started out double protein and then nursed it for an hr or so.  I think this will be my goto in the future, such a relief to start out heavy protein and It helped me to reach goal today!  Gotta admit I got this from girls like you Major mom!

B- Double protein Syntrax coffee w/almond milk (48 Gm Protein, 8 Carbs)

S- 2 Tblsp cottage cheese

L- 2 oz tuna

S- 2 tblsp Hummus w/4 quest chips

D- Double Unjury Chicken Soup 42 G protein

Water- Doing better

Vits done

I'm Jo   HW 245, SW 236, CW 151 Yeah (Normal BMI!!!!)

Spent the afternoon "tubing" at our local ski hill!  I must have burned a lot of calories!
