All day training today an hour away. Yucky weather but I was inside anyway so oh well. Tomorrow I head to Aiken to pick up Teke and do a competition Saturday, then head home. DS's birthday is Friday but we will celebrate when I return.

This trip it went above us. 19 here this morning but yesterday when it was falling the temps were high enough we only got rain.

Boy I was hungry yesterday!
B: 2 coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 (3g)

L: Starbucks Grande (which I couldn't finish) Skinny Latte (12 g)
S: Greek Yogurt (12 g)
S: Unjury Chicken Soup Flavoured Drink (21 g)
S: 2 eggs, 1 oz l/f cheese (15g) (couldn't finish that either)
S: S/F & F/F Chocolate Pudding (10g)
Beverage: 3/4 of a Caesar
TOTAL: (103 g Protein) Worked out hard on the elliptical for 40 minutes!
Forgot to take my vitamins :(
Sometimes the head hunger just gets to you. You made great choices though. Remember your vitamins especially while you're losing like gangbusters and eating low carb.
