This is my first time starting this thread but I'm eager today! I hope everyone has a fabulous day - my weekend was grand!
B: 2 coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 (3g)
S: Protein Shake (30g Protein)
L: Tuna (15 g) & Unjury Chicken Soup Flavoured Drink (21 g) 30 minutes after the tuna of course!
S: Greek Yogurt (12 g)
S: V-8 (3 g)
S: Protein Shake (30g Protein)
S: S/F Popsicle
114g Protein today - I might skip the yogurt! :)
Thanks for starting M&M for me I'll try to post earlier tomorrow. Why are you so eager today?
Breakfast: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Lunch: Arbys ham and cheese
Snack: Salad
Snack: Banana
Dinner: ?
Snack: 3 TBS Plain Popcorn

Not really a reason, just an early bird! Feeling great and loving this forum! I really appreciate the comments/questions from others! The sun is shining and I'm wearing my "skinny" clothes and it's hard to imagine at some point these will be baggy on me too. Real weight-loss and health is happening, with my tool and dedication, to me! My blood glucose tests have all been in the normal range too! All sorts of things to be happy about!
I'm not an early bird plus I have grandkids to get on the bus and stop to feed my Mom but I'll try to post a little earlier....please be patient with me....LOL.
