Menus and Miles Tuesday March 3rd
I brew a 5 c pot of decaf. Then I mix about 3/4c of warm water with 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder (usually mint cookie and vanilla). then use the protein mix to "cream" the coffee. Others mix the powder into almond milk or whatever I am fine with water. I use chocolate, vanilla/cinnamon, chocolate caramel, almost any protein. You can also just use vanilla and use a SF syrup to flavor. Yummmmm

I have to stay out of the carbs. Although I'm not eating real bad ones, they still kick in the carb hunger.

S - a cookie. Now - these are somewhat healthy cookies... but have oatmeal in them. Not sure what else is in them but they keep me "regular"... I haven't had oatmeal in years - perhaps that is doing it?

Hi,
My name is Debbie and I am new the this forum. My surgery date is April 28/15.
I am just feeling my way around. My question is; Is coffee protein a product or a recipe?
I am really nervous about my surgery as I am high risk re: heart failure, a-fib, and enlarged heart.
I know this is typical of obesity anyway. I am 57 years old. 5 1 206 pds. I am pretty darn excited
