Oh Jodi, I miss Sushi!  Its one of my big "I miss that" items.  Lucky for me I still can eat the Tuna sashimi, so until I join you in maint no rice for me ...

B - Syntax cappuccino latte w/8oz almond milk 33 G Protein

S - Baby bell lit cheese wheel

L- 1/2 cup lobster bisque

S - 1/8 cup vanilla greek yogurt

D - some chicken mooched from familys Chinese dinner

S - Gonna try that protein tea again to see if I can make it work

I don't even know what Sushi is....lol.  I had trouble with all Protein drinks in the beginning but now I crave them.

Sashimi counts. I was eating it at 3 weeks postop. When I started eating sushi again our was like 3 pieces of a roll but oh so good!.  Good for you to wait until maintenance. It will make it that much more special for you

Last day before the big snow coming so I was out all day seeing my clients before the end of the month.  Where did Feb go!!!

ice cream (one of my clients works at a ice cream shop)
pork meatballs, salad

Sleeve - Weightloss mode

to drink on all day: 64 oz water with crystal light and cherry syntrax (0 carbs, 24 protein)

breakfast: syntax matrix peanut butter cookie with carbmaster milk (9 carbs, 34 protein)

snack: hard boiled egg and reduced fat cheese stick (1.56 carbs, 11.29 protein)

lunch: 2 oz Mexican style beef for fajitas & Heinz 57 sauce (5 carbs, 9.5 protein)

dinner: hard boiled egg, cheese stick & spinach (4.56 carbs, 13.29 protein)

snack: 1/2 cup protein mint cookie ice cream (4.5 carbs, 17 protein) that's right!!! I made the mint cookie protein drink with carbmaster milk, poured it in my ice cream maker and wala! Protein ice cream!!! 

Daily totals: 24.62 carbs, 109.08 protein, 27.87 fat, 801 calories
