What small action will you take toward your goal today?
I have been getting at least 2 protein drinks a day in. I had stopped all protein drinks for a couple of years and have added them back in to see if they can help curb my "hungries". I DO need to get on the treadmill....

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I started with a good eggs and turkey bacon breakfast but then had cornbread and bean soup for lunch. Hummm. Maybe an all protein dinner?
I'm so sick of being stuck inside. Maybe I'll go shovel snow!!!
