Protein Hot Chocolate
RTD turns my tummy. I love Syntrax protein and buy that exclusively these days. Matrix for chocolate, vanilla and mint cookie, Naturals for lemon tea and carribean cooler. You can order a sample packet of them and try out a bunch of flavors pretty inexpensively without having to buy a full tub.

Price, so I bought the syntrax Nector Lemon Tea. I loved tea prior to WLS so I hoped this would work well for me, but this tastes really "heavy" and ive watered it way down. I wonder if there is a difference between the Syntrax Nector & the Natural versions....hmmm.
Has anyone tried both & noticed a difference?
