We actually have some sunshine today (Wed.) and it's the first day in a couple of weeks that school wasn't delayed or canceled.
I think I will try a watered down 1/2 scoop to see if it bothers my bladder.

Me weird day, 2nd day back to work after WLS, and two weeks off and yesterday was chaos trying to deal with inbox/catching up... Anyways so was dropping off son at day care and the heater blew this morning (18 dg out) so they were in the process of shutting down. So I called in (lucky I have an understanding job) & we came home and my well planned food day went to pot. Still tried to make good choices though.
4yr old wanted to do something since that's normally our tradition on "our days" so we ended up going to Burger King, mostly because he likes the huge indoor playground. I only ate the one folded egg so i was ok though.
B-1 folded egg Scrambled
S-2 oz smoked salmon
L- Syntrax protein cappuccino w/ 8 oz almond milk
S- Syntrax lemon tea (I think I'm making this wrong still nursing it @1000 at night, it was supposed to be breakfast, but never got drank)
D- 2 oz chicken alfredo minus noodles
Vits yes,
Water- still working on it...

It's my understanding that Whey Protein breaks down after so long and is useless after so long. I would think the longer it sits the worse it would taste. I like mine really cold with crushed ice. Are you using a shaker cup with a stainless ball in it? Try putting some crystal lite or I use MIO because I can carry it in my purse and it doesn't leak. My favorite is Mango Peach.
