Good morning everyone. Terrible weather, anxiety over driving in it, tons of excuses, a whole day of grazing and eating carbs.....

This has to end. I have to take off the weight I have regained and the additional weight to my goal. I am beside myself with guilt and self hate this morning.

B-crustless spinach quiche and two cups of coffee(4 TBL fat free half and half)

L-ground beef taco meat,  salad or left over spinach with cheddar cheese

S-protein shake or plain FF greek yogurt plain

D-fish or chicken

S-protein shake or FF greek yogurt plain

I vow to stay away from needless carbs, protein bars, trigger foods

AWE....quilt is probably the worst thing for you to experience.  I know it always leads to downfall for me.  A treat now and then doesn't make us gain our weight back but feeling guilty and then doing more damage can be our downfall. We have to learn to eat like a "normal" person without guilt.  If I do something stupid I usually just try to have an extra Protein to make up for it.

Today's menu sounds good!

I'm at home not feeling well, some sort of infection :( so I haven't exercised today but this is what I've eaten:

B: Protein Shake (160 calories; 30 grams protein), 1 c. coffee w/creamo (30 calories)

S: S/F Popsicle (10 calories)

L: Scrambled egg with sautéed onion and low-fat cheese, 1/4 slice avocado

S: S/F Popsicle (10 calories)

S: Protein Shake (160 calories; 30 grams protein)

S:  F/F S/F Pudding (maybe I'm thinking about it) might need something more protein dense instead.

I haven't drank all my water today yet but I'm working on it!

Menu sounds Good!!  I'm glad to see you are drinking Protein Shakes.  As time goes on you might want to increase them so I'd look for one with less calories.  Is it Whey Protein? Does it have carbs too?

I put Unflavored Protein in my Puddings.  I like the GNC Any Whey. It dissolves smooth. You just might have to add a little water if it's too thick for you.   You can also use Vanilla Protein (or other flavor) for your creamer in your coffee.

Glad you aren't having trouble with your scrambled egg!

The protein is a protein blend (Milk, calcium caseinate and whey) I buy them at Costco, I saw them advertised on this site "Premier Protein" it has 5 grams of carbs.  I never thought of adding it to my coffee.  I bought some Unjury proteins and am trying to get used to them I put it in some s/f jello.  I'm not a huge fan of the taste though. I will have to look into the "GNC Any Whey" I hope they sell it in Canada. Thanks Roz!

It actually warmed up here today and was ok.  I got a short drive in with Teke but could only walk because where the ice has melted, we had a slick layer of mud over the rest of the frozen ground.  Oh well, better than nothing.

2 eggs, 3 turkey bacon

It wasn't to cold here yesterday (Sunday).  The parking lots are disgusting with slush!  I probably looked a little crazy but I rolled my pants up so they wouldn't get salt rings.

I went shopping for my Mom some new clothes, bras, underwear, etc. for going to the nursing home.  I thought maybe that might confuse her more having new things but she is in desperate need of them.  She has a few church clothes that I will ask them to use first.

I see you have been cutting back on the grams of Protein in your Protein drinks.  I wonder if I did that if they would flame up my bladder as much.

Sounds Good!
