Sounds Good!! I'm happy to see Protein in every meal!! Have you tried any Protein drinks yet? It's really hard to get all of the Protein in that you need if you don't use the drinks.

thank you!! I also got an extra 21 grams of protein yesterday from a 1.5oz packet of beef jerky for snack.
I am trying to ease back into protein shakes- but post op they have all done a number on my tummy!!! and that number is 2- lots of it, and frequently immediately following the shake lol! tmi- sorry.
I fare a little better with the vegan based ones as opposed to whey; but its still a struggle.
Instead of Calories I'd really like to see Protein totals. I'd like to see your Protein over 100. Every once in a while I post on my Menu site just to see where my Calories are but if I keep my Carbs low and my Protein HIGH it works out.

I Love all the really nice folks on the Lightweight page, but I gotta admit, I think I'm slightly addicted to all of the drama & gossip on the RNY board. It gets brutal over there sometimes, lol. But this forum feels a lot friendlier!!!
So I was very proud of myself, First day back after RNY & I packed my first Lunch & snacks in more years than I have fingers & toes, instead of walking next store to the minimart and getting a hotdog, soda & chips like I have since I started to work here 4 yrs ago.
B -Banana Cream GNC Shake w/ unsweet almond milk
S- 2 oz smoked salmon
L- 1/4 cup egg salad
S - Couple bites cottage cheese.
S - Baby Bell cheese Lite
D- chicken Breast 2 oz
S Unjury protein Chkn Soup Broth
I do need to count the calories, the protein & the carbs though, looking over this it seems like a lot...
