WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Crazy Saturday!! The snow is Beautiful but it sure messed up our 3 yr. old DGS's Birthday Party. DD moved it up to noon from 2:00 so no one had to drive home in the dark. Her In-laws live about 1 1/2 hours away and they didn't want to risk driving and DSIL was very disappointed. It was a Spiderman Party and the cake lady put Superman on the cake. DGS didn't care but DD was upset. All those Superhero's confuse me too.

I try to get on to post regularly but my days are just off due to still being out of work, (that and if I'm on a computer when 4yr olds around he's pushing the buttons)
Anyways,
B - Banana Cream GNC Shake w/ almond milk 32G Protein
L- 2 oz smoked salmon
Screwup -one bite cotton candy
D - 1/4 cup egg salad
S - Cookie & Cream Shake w/almond milk
So my screw-up was our family went to a Monster truck show and instead of handing my son the whole package of cotton candy I was ripping pieces off and giving him small clumps at a time. One time w/o a thought I ate one bite. The actual screwup doesn't bother me (maybe about a tsp sugar) so much as this was the second time that w/out thinking I shoved something in my mouth. I have got to be more aware...
Anyways overall a good day. The smoked salmon was amazing and for 2 oz to fill me up was incredible!
