So I was out and about this afternoon (had my shake this morning and another this eve) and I needed something to eat to reboost energy. I'd been sipping on water, but hadn't had protein in a while. Anyways I was in a Martins Grocery (one with a big soup & Salad bar) and I got a cup 6ish oz of tomato Basil soup, which I'd added a little cream too as I can't do strong any thing.
Oh my gosh I have got to start expanding my menu. Food you put in your mouth via utensil vice drinking really chgs your viewpoint. (That and I walked every aisle in the grocery store at one week out after
I remember loving each diet phase change and cream soup was probably the best. Tomato wasn't on our list because it is higher in sugar but all the others were. Yummmm. You can also add protein to them. My very favorite was a chicken veggie soup that my sister made and pureed. Oh my that was to die for. Everything else was so sweet and it was wonderful to have something that wasn't.
