Why is the scale moving in the wrong direction?

I can't find the diet from Brigham Young?  Do you have a link you could share?  I just put it in google and nothing to that topic came up?

If you google Bringham Young Hospital, Search: Vertical Sleeve, then click on "Nutrition Guidelines" - just in case this doesn't work. Happy to help - I found it to be the most intesive explanation. As previously noted, I had my surgery in Mexico and knew going in that I would need additional resources.  Hope this helps and happy to answer any questions.
