Need to put on weight fast!
So, I go to consult on Tuesday. I weigh 187 and I think I'm 5'2 1/2 so I need to weigh like 195. I'm hoping they measure me and say I'm shorter but my husband measured me last night and that's what we came up with.
I will wear jeans and boots and jacket. Will they let me wear a jacket while weighing in? I can also wear a sweat shirt with a shirt under neath.
And of course today it seems like I'm not hungry! I'm always hungry! Went out for lunch and didn't even eat half of my food. But, I did drink 2 cokes. My friend kept telling me EAT EAT EAT lol I'm like I'm trying!! I've never had that problem before! lol
heavy shoes, lots of keys, coins, etc in your pockets. drink lots and pee after they weigh you instead of before.

Howdy, so I was out for the last few days, but I posted on your other older string about Tricare requirements, but thought it might help so didn't want you to miss it.
http://obesitycoverage.com/tricare-weight-loss-surgery-requi rements/ Heres the link to what Tricare approves, note the sleeve isn't even an option with them so if that's the route you want to go they won't help pay for it. However with your history of high blood pressure your 35 BMi means you should be approved (see on link). If its denied, resubmit, by their own stds you meet the requirement.
Good Luck!
I've heard of people wearing ankle weights. There are weighted vests available too. Do you know anyone who owns a flak jacket? A soldier or a police officer would have one. They are heavy. You could wear it under your bra. Maybe you could put wrist weights or ankle weights in your bra. Drink lots of water and eat salty chinese the night before. Best of luck!!! Tell us how it goes.
