Roz, I hope you find a suitable place for your mother. That's a difficult decision to make. I've never had to do that. My father was days away from having to go to a facility and he passed away. His greatest fear as he aged was he would have to go to a nursing home.
My darling GD was at my house last night. She loves meatballs so I cooked them in Alfredo sauce, made pasta and green bean from a can. None of us like frozen green beans. Jessica doesn't either. She told me she could eat 10 meatballs but I doubted her. She ate 12. They were small. Her mother is my SD and isn't much of a cook. Her mother didn't cook so she didn't learn when she was growing up. Jessica loves to eat with Granma.
