Back on track and still going strong
Today was Day 6 of being back on track. My calories are around 1000 a day I'm walking every day and so far I'm loosing water weight. I'm at 193 and can not wait to be below 190!!! I've lost 5 lbs in water (well maybe some of it isn'****er) I'm so excited. I'm doing so good and so proud of myself!!! Thanks everyone for the support! :D
