Menus and Miles for Roz - Wed Feb 11th
Hi All
Roz must be busy today so thought I'd get this going.
I've already fallen off my 'low carb' eating today, but no reason to go hog wild! My chiropractor's office is having a chef come in tonight to demonstrated healthy cooking and I may go to that.
Had a orange creamsickle type of protein drink yesterday from Bariatric Advantage. It was good - probably would be better a little colder. It was a powder, not a premixed drink.
B - coffee
L - Burger King sausage croissanwich meal. Yes I ate the potatoes. Waited for my blood sugar to fall and luckily it didn't. I don't like pushing that envelope
S - SF pickly
S - almonds
D - maybe at the chiro's office, whatever they're making. Otherwise a baked chicken thigh
S - protein drink
Vits: yep
Water: doing ok

Thanks Jody! I've been having a rough day. We need to put our Mom in a Personal Care Home so in between clients I have been calling around and making appointments to look at a few more. My sister and I have looked at 5 already and it has been so depressing. I think this is the worse decision I've ever had to make. I'm praying my girls don't have to do this for me but I told them if they do I don't want them to feel any quilt.
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch : Salad with Protein toppings
Dinner: Depends on how long I'm out visiting homes
Snacks: Nature Valley Bar, another banana (bad bad bad), 3 Hershey kisses (worse)
