people saying you're not "fat enough" for surgery
I think we've all heard it. I kept it to myself because I knew I'd get resistance from my Mother (which I did - but I told her that the day before). I was married and my husband and kids were onboard.
After I was losing and people would comment and ask me how I was doing it, I told them then. They saw I was healthy and quite frankly, you can't argue with success. Everyone has their horror stories but I think they are few and far between and don't hear the success stories.
If you want to let people know how you're losing weight, just tell them by eating less, eliminating carbs and eating healthy - which you will be and it won't be a lie!
