cornbread is a favorite of mine too. I wish I could tell you how to make it low fat, low carb but I haven't. My answer is to make 1/2 a recipe and not make it very often, like 2-3x a year.

It's beautiful here but cold. Even with the wind, I did drive today. It's just going to get worse later in the week. Workers comp audit this morning, carriage club meeting tonight. paperwork in the middle.

Hello everyone! I'm struggling to get my liquids in today.... I am just not thirsty!! :/ I need to increase this or I won't reach my daily target.
