The water weight is leaving me
Success! I stuck to a low carb, protein shake, protein, and water day and I was down .8 today. Thanks for all your positive comments!
Today I had a chocolate/coffee protein shake and a large cup of coffee. I have a 32 ounce cup of water on my desk which I will start drinking after lunch. Don't panic, I am eating solid food, just not until lunch.

yay congrats on your fight agains****er weight. I too am fighting the water weight battle and am down a pound today. Thank goodness!!! I'm drinking lots of water and it's helping plus I'm really trying to cut the sodium out of my diet. It's been extremely high lately and it's taking a toll on my weight. so Congrats again. You got this!!
