I did well yesterday and today, no putting off until tomorrow to start focusing on good choices. Yesterday, I fixed DH and my son potatoes but I didn't eat any. After lunch today I wanted something sweet but I wasn't hungry so I had Crystal Light in my water and that was my sweet treat. After work I tried a scoop of PB Cup protein in 4 oz. of water. Not bad.
I saw the sinus specialist and I need surgery on my sinuses....ugh. My sinus cavities on both sides of my face are very infected. I had surgery for a deviated septum in 2002 but the CAT scan shows it's really messed up.

Snack - Quest bar
