Water weight-I think

How disappointed I was to get on the scale this morning and see it go up by two pounds again! I know that I am retaining water because I could barely get my rings on or off yesterday and today. Let's see if really concentrating on drinking my fluids will help. This is really a step backwards for me because I had lost 3.2 of my regain as of last week and have been walking on the treadmill every day. Any words of encouragement from my Lightweight friends will be greatly appreciated. Have a great day.

Hang in there and keep doing the right thing - it will happen!!

I went down, down, down while I was losing.  Never did stall.  Certainly slowed down, but never stopped losing until I did.  These days my weight can go up and down 2 lbs with no decirnable cause.  This past week I bounced from 133 to 135 to 132 and ended up back at 133.  I just keep on keeping on.  But it does make me envious of those who stay the same all the time.
