i can't get my laptop to connect to the Internet again so I am on the iPad...
it was beautiful here today. DH and I went for a 2.5 mile walk today. I have got to get back to my exercise.

Low carb chicken taco pie, low carb white chicken lasagna - I wanted to taste them both after I cooked them and they were both delicious!

There is no way I would be able to bake cakes. I remember when I lost a lot of weight on WW I made DH a birthday cake and I worry a surgical mask. It was covered with chocolate.....LOL.
