Hello! I have a lightweighter's question. What was the rate of loss for you in month 2, 3, etc.? I'm just completing month 2 and lost 10 lbs this month. I feel a little concerned because I seem to be hovering at the same number for a week or so - maybe it's just a normal stall?

It's been 6 1/2 years since my surgery so I don't remember what I lost each month.  The first month I lost 30 lbs. but after that it was probably 7-10 a month.  I lost 70 lbs. the first year and it seems like as soon as I hit that one year mark, I stopped losing.

As long as you are following the correct eating plan and exercising, you shouldn't worry.  Now, I say exercising, but I'll tell you that's been the hardest thing for me to do.  I really struggle with exercising.  Always have some excuse as to why I can't do it today.

Just posted about the estimator somewhere on this site.  Look for that.  It was great while I was losing because even when I thought I was really slow, I was always ahead of the estimator.

I never stalled but I think I may have been the only one ever who didn't.  I think the fact that I kept my protein really high had something to do with it.  Stalls are pretty normal so just keep on keeping on, follow your plan and it will work!!!

Hi!  You can see on my signature below what my loss has been months 1-3.  I have had 2 stalls that have lasted 2-3 weeks.... meaning I loss less than 1 lb in that time frame.  Then when I come off I drop a couple of lbs several days in a row.  I'm finding I have to just stick to plan and not compare myself to others.... this is VERY hard for me, but it's the only way I won't go crazy. :)  I know I am doing everything I can, so I just have to let God have control.

Thanks! Yes I am following my plan to the "T". Myfitnesspal really helps me do that. I'll look at the estimator.
