Scale - NOT MOVING!!!! Could this be related to HRT?
I see you figured out how to put your surgery type on...great! I'm glad to hear your day added p to 650. That's pretty much where you should be. I don't anything about the pure protein or the bars but I'd like to see you using Whey Protein. They usually don't have extra calories because added things.

So - I am starting week 8 today. I am down 22lbs since day of surgery but there are weeks when I will lose NOTHING. I am sticking to plan eating 60 grams of protein and drinking all if not most of my water every day. I am between 850-1000 calories a day. I walk at least 20mins a day or ride my bike. I am on HRT because of a complete hysterectomy and only had a total of 101 to lose but I am VERY frustrated. I don't know whether to go cold turkey on the HRT (although I don't see the doctor until April to discuss first) but I am again losing faith this weight will ever go anywhere. I see the before and after pics of people on this website and they look great losing a lot of weight in 6-7 months and here I sit at 22lbs...
I lost 118# while on HRT. It didn't seem to stop my loss at all. I thing you are eating too many calories and I ,personally, would gain on 120 gms of carbs a day.
what is a days menu for you?
Good to know - Typical day...
1 Pure Protein Shake (Breakfast)
3 oz sirloin steak (lunch)
1/2 Think Thin Bar (Snack)
1/2 Turkey burger / 1T Ketchup with 8oz skim milk (Dinner)
TOTAL of 650 calories
that is more in. Line with your new menu. You posted previously you were eating 900-1000 cal a day. What were you eating then?
Same or even a little less but I wasn't measuring or logging my food. I was just estimating and over estimating to be sure I as being fair. I have started logging everything I am eating so it is exact including vitamins. I only snack if I am really hungry and then it is half a protein bar or a protein shake. I have started trying not to snack and I did discontinue my HRT with doctors approval and I am losing although slowly (2lbs) a week. I just have to be very patient I guess.
