Sorry about your flare up.  Hope it got better.  I am off tomorrow, doing a cake for a little girls birthday.  This will be my first Frozen cake.

salad with deli ham, lite Greek vineg. Dressing

unsweet tea

Wendy's. Chili, 2 soda crackers

What about egg white based protein powders? JayRobb makes one but I know other brands are out there. I wonder if those would keep your IC away.

I was on a trip to see the Philadelphia Orchestra in rehearsal yesterday and never got on to post my food. Walked a half hour after school
