Hey - did you see the WLS Lightweights link is on the front page under forums now? That's how I navigate here. Before I had to go through 3 pages just to find it. Also - I'm really glad this board is becoming more active.
Well - the day started out ok. Leftover steak..... then the brownie...
Was at my girlfriends' place (she works at a brownie factory!) and she gave me one of their little brownies. I ate it for a snack today with some milk - OMG am I paying! I think I ate it too fast then put some milk on it. Now I'm watching to see if my blood sugar gets wonky on me. I hope not. I don't have sweets much at all. Not sure what I was thinking.... Now - on a GOOD note - I DID have a 1.5 scoop protein drink yesterday! I was feeling hungry and that took care of it! I still have a little almond milk left and will have another one later if I feel icky. I really need some prevacid or something - my pouch is feeling irritated. Oh yea! Found some Famotadine in my 'catch all' bag.
Going to bed early tonight. Would like to be on the road by 4am for the drive home. Weather isn't going to be good Sat night/Sun so need to get an earlier start to beat it home. This also gives me some extra time in case I do run into traffic/weather, etc. I also have downloaded a couple of books to keep me company.

S - that evil brownie and milk
D - leftover fajita meat and veggies

I think they called it a "snack size" brownie. but - it was big to me!
My sugar didn't fall, so that's a good thing. Besides feeling yucky for about 15 minutes I also didn't dump. Thought I might. But - I'll definitely think twice before doing it again!

Hahaha.....Interstitial Cystitis/Painful Bladder Syndrome. I was in severe pain for months before I was diagnosed. Then for a year I had to get injections in my Bladder every week. I'm still on daily meds and I have to watch everything I eat/drink. My NP vetoed every Protein Drink I brought in or printed the ingredients labels on and if I didn't give them up I couldn't get the injections. I have never felt such panic and fear in my life. I thought for sure I would gain all of my weight back. It hasn't been easy but I've been successful keeping my weight off it's just a lot more work.

Hi Lightweight friends! I have taken 3.2 lbs. of what I gained off. Clean, simple living does it every time. Protein, low carbs, and exercise.
B-protein drink with coffee and two sm. hard boiled eggs
L-pizza burger, no bun. Apple slices
S-couple of baby carrots, 2 plain rice cakes
D-white chicken/white bean chili
S-Matrix PB Shake with unflavored almond milk and ice
3 Tbl popcorn? Maybe?
