What is considered lightweight?

Welcome to our LW Board!!!  As someone else mentioned it is typically someone that has around 100 lbs. to lose but we don't turn any one away from our LW Board!!  We represent every surgery type and we are a very respectful, no drama, helpful group. 

There's no other way to lose and keep the weight off but high Protein and very low carbs.
