Vitamins and such after DS???

What am I looking at having to take? how many pills a day and what is the cost? Where do you guys get yours?

I get most everything from Vitalady but I don't buy the prepackaged. It's less expensive to buy by-the-bottle and you can take more or less depending on how your labs trend. Here are 2 plans, one is the standard DS plan and one is the chewable plan for folks just starting out. The prices are out of date but the plans and products are still good.
