oatmeal (yeah, really. I figured I would give it a try. It did keep me from getting hungry)
protein snack 14g (grocery shopping and it was one of those pack things, ham, almonds, cheese)

lemon tea protein 13g (my order better come soon. I'm out)
beef stirfry no rice
protein shake or hot chocolate 33g

It's Syntrax Lemon Tea. I use a half scoop of that and a tube of generic crystal light, like peach tea or mango peach in 20 oz of water to keep my water and protein up. When I was early out I did a whole scoop but these days, 1/2 scoop is plenty to keep my protein up.

I'm going to try and get some protein drinks in. Eating all of this food makes me crave more food. I know we were told not to drink 30 minutes after eating. How long do you think I should hold off before drinking to wash my bladder out.
