Hello Roz and all of the Lightweights! I am home with a sick 7th grade boy today, so I took advantage of the time and did some prep work for some protein rich meals AND walked on the treadmill for an hour.
B-crustless spinach quiche
S-1/2 coffee protein shake
L-white meat turkey hot dog, 2 bites of salad
S-FF Greek Yogurt(plain)with 2 TBL sugar free maple syrup and 1 TBL wheat germ(Mmm)
D-meatballs or fish with left over spinach
S-3 TBL popcorn, maybe an apple
Sorry your Sons sick. I hope it's not the nasty flu that hangs on and on.
I have never heard of white meat turkey hot dog. Is it really white or does it look like a normal hot dog?
Sounds Good!

Hi Roz and everyone!!
I'm still alive and here. The play and January are over thank goodness. I worked around 76 hours last week and am exhausted but this was my last year to work and be in the play so it should not be nearly as bad next year. It was a great hit and so much fun!
Now to get back on track. The only thing I have done good in January was walking. From Saturday 1/24 - Monday 2/2 I walked over 34 miles.

2 Eggs

I would have posted yesterday, but I got off a little early and had to go buy some groceries for my house. I have eaten out more in January than I probably have since I had surgery!!
I did have a part this year and had more lines than I have ever had. I was worried about remembering them all, but we really all did a good job and both performances were really good everyone said.
We performed in front of President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalyn on Sunday. All the secret service men were here walking around the entire time. A lot of the cast go to church with him and his niece wrote and directed the play but he has not attended since I have been working here. They said he came years ago. It was exciting and made me nervous.
I'm going to try and get some protein drinks in. Eating all of this food makes me crave more food. I know we were told not to drink 30 minutes after eating. How long do you think I should hold off before drinking to wash my bladder out.
