I hope everyone is ready for the weekend! I know I am!! Today is my 3 month surgiversary (as I previously posted) and I am so excited to be down 40 lbs!!
Sleeve (Weight Loss Mode)
Snack: 2 scoops of Grape Syntrax Nectar to sip on throughout the day (0 carb, 46 protein)
Breakfast: Mint Cookie Matrix (6 carb, 23 protein)
Snack: 1 hard boiled egg and Cheese Stick (.56 carb, 11.29 protein)
Lunch: 3 oz chicken breast with BBQ sauce (9 carbs, 26.01 protein)
Snack: Cheese Stick (0 carb, 5 protein)
Dinner: ??
Vitamins: Check (10.2 carb, .4 protein)
Water: Running behind, but will get it in...
Exercise: Treadmill (bumped it up to 2 miles last night.... will do the same.) Maybe something else too.
Totals (excluding dinner): 25.76 carbs, 111.70 protein, 24.45 fat, 800 calories

I had a site visit this afternoon which all went fine but it kept me from being out playing. At least the weekend is suppose to be warm (low 50s) and sunny so I can play both days.
