What vitamins do you use?
Initially for the first several years, I took bariatric vitamins. Then, I saw messages where patients were saying they take O-T-C so I tried several brands. The dietician said they were fine, but I should double the dosage. I took bariatric vitamins, calcium and iron purchased from Bariatric Advantage. I'm thinking about trying Celebrate.

For my multis, I do CVS generic adult chewables. If you plan it, you can get a great deal with they do buy one get one free. I also use their calcium citrate with D3 and Mag. 2x a day and a calcium chew in the middle of the day. I'm off B12 because my level is high. I do whatever D3 I can find when I am ordering vits/mins but it needs to be a dry one, not in oil. I used Vitaladys when I was low and had to get it up. Others I take are fish oil, MSM, K, Mag. Other than the multi and the calcium, I order everything else from Puritan Vits. They had good deals most of the time.

I take a "dry" D3 (which means it's dissolvable, not a oil based pill). B12 that is sublingual, that will depend on your labs and a multi. I did take Centrum Silver but it had an additive in it that bothered me. I do like the Watermelon Bariatric Advantage chewables. I never had a problem swallowing pills, but after surgery I feel like I'm choking unless they are very small. So - dissolvables, sublinquals and chewables are on my list.
I get the B12 where I find them, as well as the D3. I also ordered from Vitalady. The Bariatric Advantage I just ordered from Amazon.

I use Vitalady's plan for my surgery type and her vitamins for the most part. I use the dry form of the normal oil based as Jody said.
