A scale victory!
Stuck to my plan yesterday and the scale did budge in a downward direction(.6)not much, but I will take it! I shared yesterday that I put on weight between Halloween and New Years Day and I have been struggling all month without much progress.
The goals for today are:
2 Protein shakes during the day(1 low carb EAS carb control vanilla with a tray of coffee cubes)(1 Premier Protein strawberry with 1/4 banana and 1/4 c. blueberries)
Lots of water
protein and green vegetables or salad for lunch and dinner
snacks, if needed will be Greek yogurt(plain) and broth
Tonight is my strength training night.
I hope to get 15 minutes of meditation in because it helps my stress level
