Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.   

 

Morning LW's!!  Super Bowl Sunday!!!  Those exclamation points are just for show....LOL.  I could care less about the game.  DH will probably sleep through it since our Steeler's aren't playing.  Is your team playing or are you just celebrating?  Before WLS any thing going on was an excuse to party and enjoy junk food.  It's funny how life changes when it doesn't revolve around food. Enjoy your day but MAKE GOOD CHOICES!

Snack:      Nature Valley Almond Crunch...YUMMY Nuts (Only buy the Gluten Free the plain ones are to sweet)

Dinner:    

Snack:    3 TB. of Popcorn

Visited with my future son in law, who had surgery two weeks ago. He has lost 40 in 4 weeks! Yikes. Inspired me with his positivity.

walked 60 minutes and did 20 minutes of strength training.

B-1 ounce turkey breast, coffee with ff half n half

L-cold boiled shrimp, ****tail sauce, 1\2 cup salad Tbl vinaigrette

S-premier strawberry with 1/2 c frozen blueberries

D-chicken and Brussel sprouts

 S-popcorn, protein bar

Grey day but I got a drive in before the real rain started.  It is suppose to stay above freezing, barely, so it will just be wet.

The snow was so Beautiful at our house yesterday.  The Grandson's went out to build a snowman but it was a little to wet and wouldn't stick together but they begged not to come in.  Last night it snowed hard and this morning the temps dropped and everything was icey.  Schools were closed so DD's have to figure out what to do with the kiddos so they can go to work.  I miss on planned days like when the go to a Competition but I'm not doing it on snow days or I would be missing all of the time.

We decided not to watch the game this year, our Super Bowl was the last Green Bay game. From what I've been reading, we didn't miss anything and the commercials weren't even that good.

I will look at the commercials on my computer some time today.  They did say the half time performance was the best ever.  It's probably gone viral too so I'll see if I can find it.  I watched the last 2 minutes and watched the trophy ceremony but that's only because I was waiting for the Blacklist to come on.  We ended up recording it and going to to bed.  Will probably watch it tonight.
