WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Happy Groundhog's Day!!! We live a couple hours from Punxsutawney, PA and we have never gone and to see Punxsutawney Phil on his big day but I've heard from friends that it is a huge celebration and a fun day.

Dinner: Steak and part of DH's Potato Skin

It was 45, sunny and no wind when I got up. a few hours later, 35, sun and lots of wind. Oh well, muscle pump tonight.

Yesterday after work a lot of our roads had blac**** and the parking lots were solid ice. Everything was pretty much at a stand still. DH called me and told me which roads to take home and I only slipped a little once. You could have went ice skating on our driveway. I went super slow and Prayed I wouldn't slid into the garage doors. I was so relieved when I finally got home.
