The scale is not budging
After 1.5 years out, a ten pound weight gain over the holidays, and not being on board 100% since Jan.1....
The goals for today-
I am going back to basics today.
Protein shakes(2-3)today with some frozen fruit added- NO protein bars
SF jello, Greek yogur****er, coffee(FF creamer)
Let's see if I can stand it. LOL!
If that doesn't work Up your Whey Protein Drinks to over 100 for 3 days and then drop down to your norm and that should jump start the losing.
There's a lot of sugar in Fruit. I don't eat it often. You need to find a Protein Drink you like to drink plain.

I hate jello so that would never work for me. I find I do best if I just drop all the carbs except greens. Protein and greens. I love greek yogart but I am hungry again in an hour. It just slides.
Good luck. I really do think maintenance is hard. We have such a small range to eat in without gaining now that we are small and then if we do gain, it is really hard to lose it. At least you are in really good company!!! There are a bunch of us that would love to lose another 5-10 lbs.
