Menus and Miles Thursday Jan. 29th

I have not tried cottage cheese in my milk shakes... I would have NEVER even thought of that! LOL  I may have to try the mint cookie with jus****er and ice instead of skim milk.  My mind seems to think it will taste like a watered down milk shake, but maybe not... :)

We have had a little of everything today.  It was cold and blustery when the trimmer was here to do the pony's feet then it rained now the sun is shinning.  I got a drive in during the sun.  The wind wasn't horrible and it was cold but I bundled up. 

My 4 yr Dr appointment with the surgeon is tomorrow.  I've got my labs and my body scan to take and feel ok about everything.  We'll see what they think.

We just had a snow blizzard.  Within 5 minutes our cars were covered and then the freezing rain started.  All schools have cancelled afternoon kindergarten and evening activities.

We had sleet in the afternoon and supposed to get more mess Friday afternoon....and colder with wind.  Poor skinny, nearly hairless Newton, he's still going out for his walks but he's stopped eating. He won't be around much longer.

AWE...I'm sorry about Newton. 

My SIL had to put his Shade to sleep this week.  Shade went every where with him including to work every day.  Our 4 yr. old didn't understand when my SIL came home she ran out yelling for Shade and then she said "I never saw Chris cry before".  He is so devastated over this.

Yeah, hubby and I talked about how to go about putting him down and what happens if he goes while hubby is at work. I have to take him to the vet, and if he goes at home, I'm not to call hubby at work and tell him. Poor hubby is going to have a hard time.
